SALT LAKE CITY – The 2024 NFL Wild Card Round is just about in the books with only Monday Night Football remaining. Players with local ties made their mark all over the league to start the playoffs.
Every local NFL player who recorded a stat, with the top performances highlighted, or helped their team pick up a win can be found in our weekly roundup.
The Divisional Round of the playoffs begins on Saturday, January 18.

NFL Locals’ Wild Card: Top Performances, All Stats, And More
Top Local NFL Performances
- Orem High standout Alohi Gilman had a great individual performance in the Chargers’ unfortunate loss to Houston on Saturday. Gilman posted 10 total tackles (four solo), one pass breakup, and also forced a fumble early in the first quarter to set up a scoring drive.
- Former Utah TE Dalton Kincaid pulled in three receptions for 47 yards against Denver. His long catch of 35 yards in the fourth quarter set up a Buffalo field goal.
- Former Utah State LB Bobby Wagner posted eight total tackles (five solo), 0.5 sacks, one QB hit, and a crucial fumble recovery in Washington’s win over Tampa Bay.

In The Statsheet
- Bingham High star Dalton Schultz caught two passes for 23 yards in Houston’s big win over Los Angeles.
- East High standout Jaylen Warren took two carries for six yards and caught four passes for 19 yards in Pittsburgh’s 28-14 loss to Baltimore on Saturday.
- Former Southern Utah safety Miles Killebrew posted two total tackles (one solo) against the Ravens.
- Former BYU LB Kyle Van Noy had one solo tackle in a win over the Steelers.
- Former Utah LB Cody Barton recorded eight total tackles (two solo) against Buffalo.
- Former Weber State CB Taron Johnson had five total tackles (three solo) in the Bills’ blowout win over the Broncos.
- Former Utah State QB Jordan Love completed 20 of 33 passing attempts for 212 yards in a loss to the Eagles. He also scrambled twice for 10 yards.
- Former BYU RB Chris Brooks caught two passes for nine yards in Green Bay’s loss to Philadelphia on Sunday. Following a Jordan Love interception, Brooks also made a tackle.

Secured The Win
- Former Utah OL Braeden Daniels and the Texans were firing on all cylinders in a 32-12 win over the Chargers.
- Former Utah safety Marcus Williams and the Ravens are set to advance with a convincing win over the Steelers.
- Utah safeties Cole Bishop and Terrell Burgess are headed to the Divisional round with the Buffalo Bills.
- Former Utah WR Britain Covey didnt see any action in the Wild Card round but will move on to the Divisional with the Eagles.
