SALT LAKE CITY – A Taylorsville food truck worker has been booked into the Salt Lake County Jail and is accused of sexually abusing at least three women.
Ibrahim Bakar, 47, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on Saturday.
According to the latest booking affidavit, filed on Dec. 20, Bakar invited one victim into the back of his food truck, saying that he had extra food.
Later in the affidavit, when the victim got into the truck, Bakar is alleged to have inappropriately touched the victim before she was called out by other people waiting outside.
This is the latest of at least three bookings affidavits filed against Bakar. The first document, filed in August, tells a similar story.
In the August affidavit, Bakar is accused of inviting an intoxicated woman into his food truck, inviting her to sit down, and abusing her during a night out with friends.
The final affidavit, dated to early November, accuses Bakar of doing the same thing – inviting a woman into his food truck and abusing her, and this time locking the door. In the November affidavit, Bakar is also accused of kidnapping alongside the sexual assault.
Ibrahim Bakar is booked into the Salt Lake County jail and is accused of four charges – three charges of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony, and one charge of aggravated kidnapping, a third-degree felony.
