Eventually, Petroni surrendered was safely taken into custody.
Later, the witness told police that Petroni wanted to harm himself and aimed the weapon roughly 10 feet from the witness and allegedly fired it, according to the probable cause statement.
As police cleared the house, they noticed several bullet holes as well as multiple weapons.
Becker said that there were no injuries reported.
A shelter-in-place order was in place for a time, but was lifted as soon as the suspect was taken into custody.
