Passerby sees man pinned under car, car later lifted by neighbors, rescue officials

TAYLORSVILLE — A man was transported to a hospital in critical condition after he was found pinned underneath his car Thursday afternoon.
According to Taylorsville police, a man had his car jacked up and was working, by himself, under the front wheel.

A bystander saw that the man was pinned underneath the drivers side of the car. Taylorsville police said it is unclear how long the man was pinned under his car.
Taylorsville first responders and residents of the apartment complex all came to help the man.

Police said approximately 13 people lifted the car off of the victim.
