Police seeking information about 2 property damage incidents in St. George

ST. GEORGE, Utah — Police are asking the public for information related to two criminal mischief incidents in St. George that caused an estimated $15,000 in damage to city property.
Both incidents were reported on Thursday, June 16.
The first incident involved a rock or object being thrown at a solar panel attached to a speed limit sign in the area of Skyline Drive and Red Hills Parkway. According to officials with the St. George Police Department, that caused approximately $3,000 in damage.
The second incident, which caused approximately $12,000 in damage, involved car parts being thrown at and through a message board located near the Ledges exit on state Route 18.
Police said there is no suspect information at this time, which is why they are asking the public to contact them if they have any information about those responsible for the damage.
