Utah cities list firework restrictions for July 4

UTAH – As Independence Day arrives, local cities and counties are releasing their firework restrictions.
Fireworks are only legal to fire from July 2 to 5 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., besides July 4, which extends to midnight in most areas.
Lehi’s restricted areas can be found here.
According to a post from the city, “As a solution for those living or wishing to discharge fireworks within the restricted areas, Lehi City will allow for the discharge of fireworks on Sunday, July 3rd between the hours of 9 PM and 11 PM and on Monday, July 4th between the hours of 9 PM and 12 Midnight at the following city parks: Olympic Park (2700 W Parkside Dr.), Veterans Ballpark (850 W Main St), and Sports Park (2000 W 700 S).”
However, areas like Wayne County, Elk Ridge, and Park City are prohibiting any use of fireworks because of dry conditions.
