Agreements*
- I certify that I am eighteen (18) years or older. By submitting the photo (“Photo”) to Bonneville International for use in the KSL Remembrance Gallery, I certify that the Photo is wholly owned by me.
- I certify that the person featured in the Photo is an immediate family member. If the Photo features any minors, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minors featured in the Photo.
- I grant Bonneville International/KSL the right to use and distribute the Photo) in all forms and media throughout the world and in perpetuity, and I waive the right to inspect or approve use of the Photo.
- I release Bonneville from any and all claims that may arise from the use of the Photo and the name, image, likeness and personal characteristics of the person featured in the Photo, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or infringement of copyright.
- Photos that contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content will not be accepted.
- Bonneville International/KSL at its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify photos for reasons listed above. Disqualified photos will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
