Video: BODY CAM: Man allegedly steals USPS truck, barricades himself inside leading to 45-minute standoff

On Feb. 5, Wilber Castellanos Hernandez allegedly threatened a USPS worker with a knife and stole his truck, leading police on a chase from Salt Lake City to Bountiful.
Bountiful police officers tracked Hernandez to a road in West Bountiful, where he rammed police cars and forced a 45-minute long stand-off with police.
