Video: BODY CAM: Utah man backs into police car, causes multiple crashes while fleeing

On March 20, 2024, James Daniel Harper allegedly fled from police after a traffic stop in Kearns, Utah. While fleeing from police, he reportedly caused three vehicle crashes, including rolling over a van.
