A northwesterly flow has developed across northern Utah bringing in smoke from fires in Idaho. Air quality along the Wasatch Front will deteriorate over the next few days, but we will see some improvement by late Saturday. High temperatures in northern Utah will creep back up to the low 90s for the weekend, with partly cloudy conditions on Sunday through Tuesday. We will see an increase of clouds and a slight chance of pop-up storms over southern Utah on Saturday, with temperatures above 100 in St. George.​
