We have had some very strong winds today, with more strong gusts in store tonight. Highest gusts will be northern Salt Lake County, Davis county, Weber County, and the south west parts of the state. Winds will calm down by noon Saturday. The low pressure system that has brought us the strong cool down and rain/snow is currently parked in northern Arizona. It will remain there for most of the weekend, keeping things cool and cloudy in St. George. Areas around Washington County and East of I15 across the state should expect more rain from scattered showers. Most of the mountain snow accumulation will end tonight, but the Uintas may still get a burst on Sunday. Very low chances Salt Lake recieves any more precipitation as many clouds clear out this weekend. Temperatures will start to climb out of the 50’s into the 60’s this weekend and 70’s next week. St. George will see more clouds than up north, and will also see warming temperatures back into the 80’s by Tuesday.
