Video: More than 600 flags on display in St. George to mark Overdose Awareness Day

Stephanie Anderson’s husband, Todd, suffered from addiction for nearly 40 years, and died from an overdose two years ago. Since his death, Stephanie Anderson has become an advocate for overdose awareness. which included finishing a book he started writing. As part of Overdose Awareness Day, she placed 606 flags outside of a St. George bookstore to honor the 606 Utahns who died from overdose in 2023.
