A pair of mostly dry cold fronts has cleared out the gunk that built up in our 10 day inversion event! Breathe easy today as AQI’s will be in the green across the entire Wasatch Front. In the wake of this morning’s cold front we’ll likely see a couple of snow showers in the mountains and pontially one or two spotty showers across the wasatch Front. All in all high pressure will build back midweek allowing for gaze to start gathering again, but another cold front should churn the air late this weekend. – Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 12.9.24
