An approaching storm to the west coast will put Utah under southerly flow today, temperatures respond accordingly. Look for highs to run 10-13 degrees above the normal this afternoon across the Wasatch Front. A quick-moving cold front wil bring valley rain & mountain snow to the norther two thirds of the state tomorrow morning. Valleys .10-.33″ Mountains 3-8″.
