Video: Morning weather forecast for Nov. 27, 2024
Nov 27, 2024, 6:46 AM | Updated: 7:38 am
Rain and snow will mix down to the valleys tonight as a cold front moves through. Once the cold front passes, precipitation will end, however some isolated lake effect snow showers will be possible south and east of the Great Salt Lake overnight into early Wednesday morning. Given lows will be near or below freezing, expect some potential for slick roads in the morning on overpasses, bridges, ramps and other elevated surfaces. The cold front will move south across the state tonight and will eventually clear southern Utah by 10am, so the entire state will be dry (with the exception of isolated mountain showers tomorrow afternoon). Highs will be cooler behind the front in the upper 30s near 40, and clouds will decrease as the day goes on, so we’ll call it partly cloudy. Thanksgiving will be mostly sunny with highs near 40, and we’ll keep the sunshine through the holiday weekend. Devan Masciulli – KSL Weather 11.26.24
