Morning clouds will give way to more sunshine by afternoon with highs running below average by about 10 degrees for the date. Low pressure swinging south in California will keep temperatures in check throughout the state of Utah, though by Friday St. George could see some showers pop up with the low coming closer to southwest Utah.
