It’s all about high pressure for the next several days. Abnormally warm conditions will prevail through the next 5 days with some afternoons pushing record level warmth. Upper 80s and low 90s for afternoon highs along the Wasatch Front and triple digits now possible for St. George and lower-lying Washington County. Relief from the late season heat will move in early next week Monday & Tuesday, but no real rain chances in the forecast just yet. – Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 9.25.24
