In the wake of Tuesday’s cold front we’ll see wildfire smoke move in across the northern half of Utah. Luckily, Thursday northeasterly flow will help to dissipate the smoke a bit, hazy skies really don’t clear until late week when we pick up on some more southerly flow. This southerly flow will reintroduce monsoon moisture to the southern half of the state with most rain chances remaining in the southern mountains. Temps remain between 83 – 91F over the next seven days. – Matt Johnson, KSL Weather 9.4.24
