Video: Prosecutors decline to file charges in Duchesne High basketball assault case

No one from the Duchesne High School boy’s basketball team will be charged in connection to a reported sexual assault from earlier this year, prosecutors said.

Multiple basketball players were investigated in connection with the incident that was reported to have occurred at a hotel during the 2A state basketball tournament in Cedar City in February.

Police initially told KSL TV one of those players could face charges.

But prosecutors have decided not to charge anyone.
