State Reports 202 New COVID-19 Cases, No New Deaths

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Department of Health on Monday reported 202 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 and no new deaths.
There have been 9,999 positive cases in the state so far and a total of 113 deaths, according to UDOH.
Of the positive cases, 789 required hospitalization. There are currently 95 patients hospitalized for COVID-19.
The state has issued 218,112 tests. The rate of positives is at 4.6% total tested.
An estimated 6,251 patients have recovered. A case with a diagnosis date of more than three weeks ago who has not passed away is considered recovered, according to health officials.
