This Girl With An Inoperable Brain Tumor Wants Your Dog To Send Her A Letter

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – A 7-year-old girl in Wisconsin was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, and as she battles the illness, she wants to receive letters from dogs.
Emma Merten has already reportedly received thousands of letters from dogs across the country.
“The response is amazing,” Emma’s father, Geoff, wrote in a journal entry on CaringBridge.org. “Emma is changing the world! The messages from people are so heart warming!”
Geoff Merten noted that the family does need a dog, but Emma does get to dog sit her “favorite”dog that already belongs to a family.
