First It Was Toilet Paper, Then Clorox Wipes. Now Dr. Pepper Is Scarce, Too

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Doctors are in high demand these days.
Apparently, that also includes Dr Pepper.
The company released a statement Monday addressing a recent shortage of the drinks in stores, writing in a tweet that “it’s harder to find Dr Pepper these days. We’re working on it – hang tight!”

“Having trouble finding your favorite Dr. pepper product?” according to the statement. “We’re doing everything we can to get it back into your hands.”
The company said it’s working with distribution partners to keep shelves stocked while also ensuring the safety of employees.
“We appreciate your patience,” the statement reads, “and encourage you to contact your local retailer directly for the most up-to-date availability of Dr Pepper products.”
Charmin jumped in on Dr Pepper’s tweet to weigh in: “Welcome to the club,” the company responded. “We feel your pain.”
