Crews Respond To New Wildfire In Iron County

CEDAR CITY, Utah — Air and ground crews have responded to a new wildfire in Iron County.
The Antelope Fire, located west of Cedar City, has been mapped at 178 acres.
Officials said smoke is “very visible” from Cedar City, but no structures are being threatened.
Antelope Springs Road has been closed while crews fight the blaze.
The fire was human-caused, sparked by a carbon particle from a vehicle exhaust.
