2 men rescued from closed mountain road

WOODLAND, UT — Two men have a text and rescuers to thank for their safety Wednesday morning.
Wasatch County Search and Rescue says the men were reported missing during a trip from Salt Lake City to Vernal.
A spouse of one of the men told officials she received a short text stating they were stuck on a mountain road.
Wasatch SAR sent teams to Highway 35 which is closed for the winter.
The men were found in their stuck vehicle and taken back to a trailhead by snowmobile.
