Attorney Michael Avenatti on Wednesday revealed the identity of his client, who is accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

Avenatti gained notoriety representing porn star Stormy Daniels and has been a constant critic of President Donald Trump.

Avenatti tweeted an image of his client, writing: “Here is a picture of my client Julie Swetnick. She is courageous, brave and honest. We ask that her privacy and that of her family be respected.”

The tweet followed a previous post where Avenatti shared screenshots of emails and a sworn declaration he sent to Mike Davis, the Senate Judiciary Committee’s chief staffer for nominations.

In those emails, Avenatti stressed urgency, writing that “We demand an immediate FBI investigation as previously requested.”

In the sworn testimony, Swetnick describes attending house parties in the early 80s where she witnessed Kavanaugh …”drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking ‘No’ for an answer. This conduct included the fondling and grabbing of girls without their consent.”

She goes on to claim Kavanaugh would attempt to remove girls’ clothing or expose their body parts without their consent, and he would be abusive to girls “by making crude sexual comments to them that were designed to demean, humiliate, and embarrass them.”

Swetnick also alleged Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge would spike drinks at parties where boys would take advantage of inebriated girls.

“I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms of many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room,” she wrote. “These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.”

Swetnick joins Deborah Ramirez and Christine Blasey Ford in accusing Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct in the 80s. Blasey Ford will testify to the Senate Judiciary Committee Thursday morning.
