DAVIS COUNTY, Utah — The Utah business owner arrested for sexually assaulting two women at a party is facing additional charges.

New charges were filed on Sept. 14, listing a third female victim is accusing Kevin Linford, 45, of sexually assaulting her at the same party as the previous victims, according to court documents.

The third victim told police that she entered a restroom when Linford rushed in uninvited and stopped her from closing the door. While in the restroom, Lindford sexually assaulted the third victim by grabbing her and forcing her to touch him.

According to court documents, the victim was scared of Linford and didn’t want to upset him, but he kept refusing to cooperate with his requests.

She got past Linford, opened the bathroom door, and told him to get out. As he left, Linford allegedly exposed himself for the second time, and the victim locked the door.

After this incident, Linford sent the third victim a message apologizing for what he did, according to court documents.

Linford is facing additional charges of forcible sexual abuse, aggravated kidnapping, and lewdness, along with his previous accounts of rape, object rape, and two counts of forcible sexual abuse.

He is currently scheduled for an arraignment and bail hearing on Oct. 11th.
