McAdams Stays In Lead After New Salt Lake County Votes Added

The race between Rep. Mia Love and Ben McAdams for Utah's 4th District is incredibly close.
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams’ lead increased slightly after Salt Lake County reported new numbers Tuesday.
Early numbers from Utah County on Tuesday boosted Rep. Mia Love in the race for Utah’s 4th Congressional District.
The Utah County numbers shrank the lead between Love and McAdams to just more than 1,000 votes. However, Salt Lake County reported nearly 9,800 ballots at 3 p.m. that pushed the difference to a little more than 1,300 votes.
McAdams maintained a lead with 115,464 to Love’s 114,107 votes.
