Utah Supreme Court Nixes Development At Former Cottonwood Mall Site

HOLLADAY, Utah — The Utah Supreme Court has struck down a controversial housing development proposal in Holladay.

The development was proposed for the site of the former Cottonwood Mall, but residents voted against the proposal in a referendum earlier this month. The court case concerning the validity of the referendum had kept the project in limbo until Wednesday.
