Crews Respond To 2-Alarm Fire At Millcreek Apartment Complex

MILLCREEK, Utah – Unified Fire crews responded to a 2-alarm fire at Driftwood Park Apartments near 3900 South and 700 West.
UFA officials confirmed the fire before 6 p.m. Monday evening and said heavy smoke and flames were visible in at least one apartment.
Around 100 people were displaced while firefighters battle the flames and six units were destroyed, according to UFA officials.
Displaced residents may not be able to return to their units until Tuesday.
One resident’s mother said her daughter’s three birds, two rabbits and pet rat were unaccounted for.
No firefighters or residents were injured.
