TOOELE, Utah – The water is back on for residents after a crews repaired a line that had the taps off for most of the night.
Crews worked well into the night along 700 South to repair the break, authorities said.
Water went out Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. and was expected to be back on 12 hours later.
City officials said sediment may have been stirred up into the water, making it appear brown. They said the water is safe, and they recommend residents the water through their showers, bathtubs and each faucet until it runs clear.
