AMBER Alert Canceled After Baby Found Safe, Police Say

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah – An AMBER Alert has been canceled after police report a missing baby was found safe.

West Valley City police said they found the 2-month-old after her non-custodial mother, Leticia Vigil, kidnapped her from a relative who was babysitting.

Details about how exactly the baby was found or if Vigil is in custody were not immediately available.
