Rivera said they believe the driver of a dark BMW was shot and killed, and another person was injured. After that, officers believe someone from the BMW carjacked a white Dodge Charger, leaving that driver injured.
Officers also said another victim fled the scene. No cause for the shooting has been released.
One of the victims was listed in critical condition and another was in serious condition. Police were searching for a red Saturn in connection to the incident.
Officers said the Saturn was occupied by four Black males, all believed to be in their late teens or early twenties.
They are considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
