Police attempted to contact the people inside the unit and SWAT and crisis negotiators were called out to the scene around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Around 2 a.m. Wednesday, officials said SWAT officers took several people into custody, including the person believed to be the primary suspect and a person with an active warrant.
