Faraci was placed in handcuffs and told his Miranda rights and agreed to speak with the officer about what had happened.
Faraci said the victim had been following him and his friend around Switchpoint trying to fight them. At one point, Faraci said the victim attempted to kick his friend in the face. Faraci and his friend continued to avoid the victim when at one point the victim fell on the ground.
