SALT LAKE CITY — Nightmare on 13th in Salt Lake City is opening for its 32nd haunting season on Friday.
In September, Nightmare on 13th — located at 300 W. 1300 South — will be open every Friday and Saturday, and then in October, every Monday through Saturday.
This year’s hauntings and features will include:
- Institute of Terror – Thirty-three years ago Utahns got to experience their first nightmares in person at the Institute of Terror. This new experience brings the storm inside where the patients roam free in the dark corridors of the asylum waiting for strangers to arrive.
- Nightmare Courtyard – Hang out with your friends and Nightmare monsters in this free interactive courtyard giving you a taste of things to come, including Hollywood-level animatronics, creepy characters and unique selfie spots.
- Expanded Nightmare on 13th Gift Shop – Two locations to check out all of the new Nightmare on 13th clothing and limited-edition swag.
