Taron Egerton Says Archery A ‘Great Skill To Learn’ For ‘Robin Hood’

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Going to the movies is a tradition for many Utahns on Thanksgiving, and “Robin Hood” might be one of the popular ones this year.
Film Critic Jimmy Martin sat down with some of the stars of the medieval action movie, and he asked them if there’s one favorite skill they learned while filming.
“I’d love to say that I kept up with the archery, but I stopped when someone stopped paying me to do it,” laughed Taron Egerton, who plays Robin Hood. “But it was a great skill to learn.”
And what’s the difference between this “Robin Hood” and the versions that came before it?”
“The previous iterations of ‘Robin Hood’ didn’t have me and Jamie Foxx in them,” Egerton said.
