SOUTH JORDAN, Utah – Nearly 260 Marvel fans traded the comforts of home for three days of watching all Marvel movies to date.
The marathon, held at Megaplex Theatres at The District, started Tuesday morning and will end Thursday evening with the premier of “Avengers: Endgame.”
“This is unlike anything Megaplex has ever hosted before.” said Jeff Whipple, Vice President of Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations for Megaplex Theaters.
Whipple said the operation had been months in the making. Megaplex was granted permission by Disney to hold the marathon selling tickets for $99 with a meal plan option for an additional $97.
