Police Respond To Shooting Of Two Teens In SLC

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Police responded to a shooting at 1067 N Catherine Street Wednesday.
A 14-year-old and a 15-year old were shot in the upper thigh, police said.
Detective Wilking said police got a call about the shooting at 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday. They found two juveniles who have sustained gunshots wounds. The injuries were described as non-life threatening, and they have been transported to the hospital.
Catherine Street was shut down as detectives gather information, and they said it appeared to be a drive-by shooting. They will update the public when they get information about suspect and car information.
