Victim Identified In Crash On I-84 Near Morgan

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah Highway Patrol troopers responded to a crash Monday that left one person dead, authorities said.
UHP identified the man as Thomas Rasmussen, 64, of Washington state.
The crash happened on westbound I-84 at milepost 106, east of Morgan, according to UHP.
Troopers said a single vehicle went off the road to the left, overcorrected and rolled. Rasmussen was ejected from the car and later died at an area hospital.
A female passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
No cause for the incident had been given.
