SAN FELIPE, Baja Calif. An incredible photo of the lightning from Tropical Storm Rosa. This was taken in San Felipe, Baja California.

Meteorologist Brett Benson says as of Sunday evening  the storm had yet to make landfall, but as soon as it does it will begin to weaken. Remnants of Rosa will then be headed for Utah.

Utah County is expected to see heavy rains starting Tuesday afternoon. Many residents in Woodland Hills and Elk Ridge are preparing for debris flow from the Bald Mountain Fire burn scar.
