SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Lauren McCluskey and Mackenzie Lueck were just two of the 30 people who were honored at a vigil for victims of domestic violence.
The vigil happened Wednesday at the Utah State Capitol as part of the National Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims.
Lauren McCluskey’s mother, Jill, tweeted that the event “gives us all the opportunity to remember those lost to homicide and honor their memories.”
