Car stolen then found dumped in Oquirrh Lake

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah — A car was found in Oquirrh Lake in Daybreak Tuesday morning. No one was found in or near the vehicle.

Officials with the South Jordan Police Department told KSL the SUV was stolen out of the area, and they suspect it was ditched in the lake.

 

Police along with local resources worked to remove the car from the lake.

No other information was immediately available.
