MOAB, Utah — The Moab City Police Department said they had the pleasure of meeting honorary Sgt. Miller Greenfield of the Sacramento Police Department over the weekend.
Greenfield was diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease at the age of 4, but has never let that stop him from achieving his dreams. Now 13, he has graduated from the police academy, quickly advancing with the Sacramento Police Department, being promoted to the rank of Sergeant last year.
Officers said they were contacted by Sgt. Greenfield and his dad, requesting the opportunity to meet some of his fellow brothers and sisters in blue while they were traveling through Utah.
Miller had the chance to tour police vehicles, participate in a quick ride-along, and even make a traffic stop on a Moab local in a pretty blue Camaro.
They sent Miller on his way with a signed police flag and other gifts to remember Moab Police.
