MORGAN COUNTY, Utah — A teen driver and one passenger came away with no injuries after a rollover on Trappers Loop Road Saturday morning, officials say.
The Mountain Green Fire Protection district shared photos and said seatbelts saved the driver and passenger.
“Black ice plus an inexperienced driver, and a little too much speed equals, in this case, a rollover… on Trappers Loop at Milepost 4,” the post read, in part.
Temperatures were in the teens this morning in the area.
“Please realize that road salt begins to lose its effectiveness when it is that cold,” the fire agency cautioned drivers.
