Chiropractor, Kenneth Pierce of Kaysville now faces a total of nineteen counts of sexual abuse after 8 victims have come forward in recent months.

Pierce, the Chiropractor at Right Now! Chiropractic, was previously accused of inappropriately touching two female clients back in September according to court documents. One woman called police after her appointment and told them Pierce had inappropriately touched her multiple times during her two-hour massage.

The woman believed she was being recorded and saw what appeared to be a go-pro camera in the room on the ceiling.

When detectives were informed of the case, they were reminded of a similar statement from a woman months prior about being touched inappropriately during a massage at the same location.

When asked about one instance by police, Pierce said that,”she wanted it,” according to court documents.

According to court documents, when police took Pierce into custody they allowed him to make a phone call to his wife, “in which Kenneth told her where he was. He begged her that no matter what happens that she stay with him and not leave him.”

Since that time, six more women have told police of similar experiences of sexual abuse by Pierce at his chiropractic in a period from 2018- 2021.

Some women were given a massage after hours and each victim said they were the only ones there at the time of their massage and that Pierce locked the door behind them.

In all instances, the women were touched and groped repeatedly in inappropriate ways throughout their massages.

The business, Right Now! Chiropractic, is at 150 N. Main in Kaysville and has been permanently closed according to google maps.

Pierce faces 19 counts of forcible sexual abuse, and one count of object rape.  He is being held in Davis County Jail.

The victim advocate for this case, Jennifer Winchester, can be reached at 801-845-6408 or by email at jwinchester@kaysville.gov.

Anyone with additional information can also call the non-emergency line at 801-546-1131.
