User Submitted: ‘Striking’ Images From Monday’s Storm

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah got a brief reprieve Monday from the onslaught of wildfires and wildfire smoke.
Utahns were treated to a smattering of summer showers, complete with displays of lightning and impressive double rainbows. Here are some of user-submitted photos and videos of nature’s majesty.
Lightening with lightning

Brandon Milner captured this video from Springville of the lightning lighting up the valley with an electric purple glow.
