This week on Sunday Edition Boyd Matheson sits in for Doug Wright. Boyd welcomes Rabbi Zippel on the show to talk about the confluence of Passover, Easter and Ramadan, an event that happens once every 30+ years. The two discuss the focus of these religions during the holiday weekend, and how we can build bridges to create understanding despite our differences. Boyd also sits down with Jason Perry of the Hinckley Institute of Politics. Together they talk about Utah’s state conventions and the candidates who did, or didn’t, gather signatures and the impact that could have on the race. Jason Perry also weighs in on whether Utah democrats will vote for their candidate or shift to independent candidate Evan McMullin. Boyd also brings Moe Egan on the show from The Other Side Village. They discuss the principles behind the master-planned community. Moe also talks about how the other side village is a model to give people who are chronically homeless an opportunity to get ahead and be part of a community.
